The Role: We are looking for experienced and motivated fencers to become part of our expanding team at HW Martin Fencing and Forestry Ltd. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing systems to the highest industry standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with health and safety procedures, environmental requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fencing systems (timber, steel, security, and boundary fencing).
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Report close calls and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in fencing installation, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
