Tempest Ltd is the nation's largest school photography company, with over 500 employees, and we are looking for an energetic people person for a permanent role in East Norfolk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an all‑round customer service experience for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with the current client base and enjoy meeting new people.
  • Make everyone smile, from babies and children to adults.
  • Develop new business (B2B sales) by working with other photographers, driving sales strategy, and reporting results to Head Office.
  • Chat with clients, keep them updated with the latest products and services, and re‑book existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and energetic people person, flexible working times including early starts during the autumn term.
  • More than twelve months driving experience with a full UK driving licence and any endorsements.
  • Willing to travel and to undergo a DBS check, providing two referees prior to starting; date of birth for vehicle insurance purposes.
  • Experience photographing in schools is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Benefits

  • Term‑time schedule, with school holidays, weekends, and quieter periods for photography.
  • Starting monthly salary of £1,610, paid monthly. Commission is earned on photographs taken; a balancing payment is made if commission exceeds annual salary.

  • Full photographic equipment provided and expense reimbursement for authorised business‑related expenses.
