The Role: This is a relationship-led technical sales role focused on developing business with industrial customers across the UK and international markets. You'll spend time visiting customers, understanding their applications, identifying opportunities and building long-term partnerships. Working closely with the engineering team, you'll help customers find the right solutions while driving profitable growth for the business. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to become a key part of the company's future growth strategy.

Customers include major industrial operators, engineering service providers, distributors and multinational organisations operating within sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, and industrial manufacturing. The Candidate: We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with the ability to build credibility with technical customers. You may already be working in a Technical Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager or Account Manager position within an engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
