You will have been in a role where you’ve overseen the entire development lifecycle and have achieved deadlines, not letting perfection get in the way of delivery. We need someone who can strategise and create the plans, not just run with an existing plan.

You will be proactive and take action to reduce possible risks to projects before they happen.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will consider themselves to have strong leadership skills, and will also have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in successfully delivering NPD projects, which can be in any technical engineering sector.
- Expertise in planning, controlling, and delivering NPD projects.
- Leadership experience of a multidisciplinary engineering design team.
- A proven track record of successfully working in a similar role.
