An established engineering business is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their fabulous team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to play a valuable role within a busy sales function - no engineering knowledge needed, full training will be given.
The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, keeping the sales inbox organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A lot of enquiries relate to the same job or project, so a key part of the role is spotting patterns, processing repeat quotes efficiently, and making sure the technical sales team's time is spent where it matters most.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing a high volume of tasks and knowing what to prioritise
- A clear, confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and databases
- Reliable, and happy to be on-site daily
- Previous experience in a sales support, admin or order-processing role is an advantage, but not essential - what matters most is your organisational ability
