An incredible opportunity for a Software Engineer has arisen with this pioneering company. To be part of a small team developing the software for brand-new products. This is a great chance to have direct input and influence into the control software and to learn from an experienced Software Engineer. If you are excited by this and have a relevant degree or experience, as a member of the Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing an instrument control and data analysis application for brand-new products currently in development. In addition, you will also contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of existing software applications in long-term support.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and excited about voicing their ideas during the development process, and have experience in software to make things move or sense something physical. You will have most of the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer System Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Robotics or something similar
  • Hands-on experience with OOP
  • Database, problem-solving, and bug-fixing experience
  • At least one of the following: C# / .Net / WPF / MVVM / Git / C++ / WiX / MVVC or MVC
  • Microsoft SQL server beneficial
