TIG WelderPay: £16–£18 per hour, depending on experienceHours: DaysLocation: Dudley, West MidlandsWe are looking for an experienced TIG welder to join an established manufacturing company in DudleyThis is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality welds. We are interested in speaking with welders from a range of manufacturing and fabrication backgrounds.
The role -You will be responsible for -Carrying out TIG welding on manufactured componentsPreparing and positioning materials before weldingWorking to drawings, specifications or production instructionsChecking finished welds for quality and accuracyKeeping your equipment and work area safe and organisedWorking with the production team to complete work to the required standardAbout you -We are particularly interested in speaking with people who have -Practical TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentA consistent standard of workmanship and attention to detailThe ability to work from engineering drawings or clear specificationsConfidence working independently and as part of a teamA reliable approach to quality and safetyExperience welding stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium may be relevant. Please tell us which materials and types of components you have worked with. MIG or fabrication experience would be useful, but is not essential.
Hours and pay -The rate is £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
