Hours: 21 per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: £15 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help drive brand awareness and promote our candidates across the manufacturing, engineering and related sectors. This role sits at the heart of our growth at H-Seventeen, an independent recruitment agency.

What you'll be doing as Business Development Executive:

  • Making outbound B2B calls to warm and cold prospects
  • Introducing and promoting our bank of high-quality candidates
  • Building genuine relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Holding professional, confident conversations
  • Generating interest, securing follow-ups, and closing where appropriate
  • Updating a simple spreadsheet with notes and outcomes
  • Sending templated follow-up emails when required

What we're looking for as Business Development Executive:

  • Proven B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Strong relationship-building and closing skills
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • Highly self-motivated and able to hit activity targets
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone for most of the day
  • Reliable, organised, and consistent in their work ethic
