Job Role – Production Operative

Salary: £29,500 – £31,000 per annum + overtime

Hours: Full-time — Morning, Afternoon, or Night shifts available

Your role as Production Operative:

• Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures
• Carry out quality checks and record production data accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve production and efficiency targets
• Report issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement

• Previous experience in a factory or production environment
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and communication skills
