The Shift Pattern
This role operates a rotating 12-hour days and nights shift pattern.
During the first week of the days rotation, you will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant, production equipment, services and site assets to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Maintain engineering systems and CMMS records
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and environmental standards
- Support production teams to maximise operational performance
- Participate in shift handovers and engineering meetings
- Maintain GMP and quality standards across the site
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments when required
Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- FMCG, food manufacturing or wider manufacturing experience
- A practical approach to balancing reactive and planned maintenance
- Recognised Level 3 Engineering Qualification
- GNVQ or equivalent engineering qualification
- Electrical qualification
- Relevant engineering degree
- Candidates with overseas equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply, but qualification certificates must be provided for review.
