It’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for Amazing Customer Experiences. Whether a customer is looking for jewellery, a watch or just \'something special\', you’ll make sure they leave with it gift-wrapped.
During Christmas, lots of customers come to our stores simply to browse – you’ll answer their questions, showcase our products and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. We have a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that encourages our teams to celebrate their own style.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs, offering product information and recommendations.
- Demonstrate products, answer questions, and showcase jewellery and watches.
- Assist customers with finding items, arranging gift-wrap, and completing sales with accuracy.
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver Amazing Customer Experiences.
- Represent the brand and maintain a welcoming, festive store environment during the Christmas period.

- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
- Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
- Willingness to learn about products and gain jewellery expertise to share with customers.
