Responsibilities

• Assist customers with jewellery, watch and gift selections, delivering exceptional service and building product knowledge.
• Play a key role in maintaining store performance and meeting sales targets.
• Stay up to date on new products and respond to all customer enquiries.
• Represent the H. Samuel brand, culture and customers in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualifications & Background

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; prior jewellery experience is not required.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude and excellent conversational skills with diverse customers.
