What does it take to be a great Apprentice Sales Associate? As an Apprentice Sales Associate you’ll become a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge and develop your skills in customer service to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.

As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. You certainly won’t find our Store team members suited and booted. Your background: If you would like to be a part of our amazing team, you’ll have a passion for delivering amazing customer service. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.

Your Rewards: We offer a training salary of £7.00 per hour, plus benefits, including sales incentives and staff discount. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
