Temporary Christmas Sales Associate – Full Time – Commission, incentives and great staff discount. Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores. It\’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for Amazing Customer Experiences. Whether a customer is looking for jewellery, a watch or just \’something special\’, you\’ll make sure they leave with it gift-wrapped. During Christmas, lots of customers come to our stores simply to browse — you\’ll answer their questions, showcase our products and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. We celebrate our team’s unique personalities and encourage a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code, including accepting tattoos and piercings.\”

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with jewellery, watches and other gift items; answer questions and provide product information.
  • Demonstrate products, upsell where appropriate and help the team meet sales targets.
  • Wrap gifts and ensure a positive, memorable customer experience.
  • Present the brand in-store, reflecting its culture and values.
  • Represent a friendly, approachable service style and maintain a professional appearance within the dress code.

Qualifications

  • Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
  • Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required but is helpful.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a natural ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
