R Owen, the UK’s leading luxury Automotive Dealer Group, is seeking a New Business Development Manager for Ferrari to oversee operations between our London and Hatfield Showrooms.

We’re looking for someone that’s used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service.

You will develop and implement marketing growth plans, manage budgets, lead teams, and drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Working closely with the Brand/Sales Director, you’ll lead and inspire the Marketing Team across London and Hatfield, deliver engaging client events, maximise attendance at exclusive test drive experiences, and ensure every marketing activity contributes to commercial success.

Key responsibilities include

  • Generate new-to-Ferrari prospects through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build loyalty and engagement with existing Ferrari clients.
  • Develop and implement digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and inspire the Marketing Team across London and Hatfield.
  • Strengthen relationships with Ferrari and key internal stakeholders.
  • Build networks within London’s luxury automotive market.
  • Manage exclusive events and targeted client experiences.
  • Oversee compelling content across web, email, and social media.
  • Develop long-term marketing strategies that deliver commercial growth.
  • A Batchelors Degree in Marketing/Communications would be preferable, but not essential.
  • 5-10 Years in Marketing, with proven track record.
  • You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
