About Us At HRN Tractors, we are one of Scotland\’s leading dealers of construction, agricultural and groundcare machinery, with over 45 years of experience and a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and trusted service.About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Groundcare Sales Executive to help develop and grow our Groundcare customer base. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.You will manage a varied customer portfolio including golf courses, local authorities, contractors, estates, and residential customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.Full product and industry training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with transferable sales experience as well as those with existing groundcare knowledge.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customersIdentify new sales opportunities through market research and proactive engagementPromote and sell HRN\’s range of groundcare machinery and associated productsDeliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrationsAchieve agreed sales targets and contribute to divisional growthMaintain accurate records and provide regular sales performance reportsWork collaboratively with Service and Parts departments to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We\’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA motivated, self-driven approach with a passion for salesAbility to build long‐term customer relationshipsCommercial awareness and understanding of market trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a wider teamFull, clean UK driving licenceTrailer towing capability desirable (training can be provided)Groundcare or related industry experience advantageous but not essentialWhat We Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commissionCompany vehicleLaptop and mobile phone29 days annual leave, which increases with service
