Position: Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Inn Supplies. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assisting with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures
- Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents
- Providing support to the finance team in various tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
