The Sheet Metal Worker will be responsible for carrying out a range of metalworking tasks, including fabrication, cutting, and assembly of sheet metal components using hand and power tools, as well as welding. Additional duties include interpreting blueprints, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Caistor.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and Metalworking processes
- Experience with Welding and Sheet Metal fabrication techniques
- Knowledge or experience in the Aircraft or industrial sectors is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications, qualifications, or experience in manufacturing or engineering are preferred
