We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our independent, family-run business. Covering the North West, you will be responsible for developing new business and driving sales growth through strong relationships and exceptional service. We supply chilled, frozen, and ambient products to catering customers nationwide including restaurants, bars, schools, NHS sites, and football clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Build long-term customer relationships across your territory
- Report on sales performance and use CRM systems effectively
- Negotiate contracts and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage workload independently and respond quickly to leads
About You
- Proven field sales experience (foodservice/wholesale essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and organisational ability
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- UK driving licence required
