Job Description
This is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Tamworth store in Ventura Retail Park.
As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profit of your store and share product and fashion knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspiring customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and delivering a great customer experience that contributes to the store\’s sales and profit goals.
- Giving and receiving honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
- Following health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.
