The Opportunity: We're looking for an ambitious person who wants to build a long-term career in sales and account management within the commercial interiors industry. Our structured programme gives you hands-on experience across the full customer journey, equipping you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress into an Account Manager role.
What you'll gain experience in:

Key Responsibilities: During the programme, you'll gradually take on greater responsibility, including:

- Attend meetings, site visits and product presentations.
- Learning to prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
- Working with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Progressing to managing your own customer accounts.
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- A team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards one).
- No previous sales or furniture experience required - Full training provided.
