The successful candidate will complete project works, reactive response and planned maintenance services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients throughout Northern Ireland.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for full installation of fire alarms and security systems.
- Travel to customer locations, install, program and commission systems in compliance with current relevant standards.
- Respond to reactive fault calls, troubleshoot faulty systems, and perform planned maintenance services to Fire and Security systems.
- Complete necessary paperwork, noting all work performed, materials used and any further action necessary to achieve a compliant system.
- Provide 24 hour call‑out cover on a rota basis.
- Carry out any other job specific duties as deemed appropriate.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintaining of fire detection, access control, CCTV systems, and intruder alarm systems to the applicable British and European Standards.
- Knowledge of relevant Fire Alarm standards (BS:5839:2017) and Security System Standards (PD 6662:2017, BS 8243:2010+A1:2014).
- Excellent diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
