The Role

As Hotel Operations Manager, you'll oversee the hotel's daily operations and bring every department together to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead operational teams, maintain high standards across the business, and ensure the hotel runs efficiently and proactively.

Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000–£55,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Excellent work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to join a respected, independent boutique hotel.

  • Long-term career opportunities in a quality-focused business.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Previous management experience in an independent or high-quality hotel.
  • At least three years' experience in a senior hotel management role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
  • Proven responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel departments, including:
    • Front Office
    • Housekeeping
    • Maintenance
    • Food & Beverage

Personal Attributes

You'll naturally demonstrate:

  • Excellent operational judgement and confident decision-making.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating challenges before they arise.
  • A hands-on leadership style, supporting teams wherever needed.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership.
  • Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
  • The ability to coordinate departments and understand how each contributes to the hotel’s overall success.
  • A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

If you have the operational leadership experience we're seeking and are ready to make an impact at an exceptional independent hotel, we'd love to hear from you.
