The Company

Weldricks is a family-owned community pharmacy with over 60 stores and more than 650 dedicated employees in stores across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding. We are expanding our team of Warehouse Operatives/Delivery Drivers across the region and are keen to hear from committed individuals who can bring something special to our team. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do and what you would be expected to deliver, as our customers will be relying on you for advice and insight into a wide range of issues.

The working hours for the position is 37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday on an alternate-week shift pattern (week 1: 5.30am to 1.30pm and week 2: 10.00am to 6.00pm). Saturday working will be required on a rota basis, with time off during the week.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative/Driver You Will:

  • Assemble branch orders in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Accurately pick stock to fulfil branch orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by weekly stock counts.
  • Ensure stock locations are replenished and stock rotation is maintained.
  • Accurately complete any administration and record keeping.
  • Deliver stock to branches and prescription medication to customers' homes when required.
  • Undertake vehicle maintenance.
  • Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Supervisor/Senior and in particular supporting with various tasks in the Warehouse to support an effective warehousing and distribution operation.

This role is to be based around Leedale Pharmacy Hub, Warehouse and field based.
