Weldricks is a family owned pharmacy with over 60 stores and more than 600 dedicated employees in stores across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding. We are now expanding the team of Pharmacy Assistants/ Trainee Pharmacy Assistants across the region and are keen to seek applicants who can bring something special to the team. Customers and excellent service are at the heart of what you would be expected to deliver as our customers will be relying on you for advice and insight into a wide range of issues.
The successful applicants will be working 30 hours per week on a 2 week rota. Week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00am to 12:00pm. Week 2 Monday to Friday 12:15pm to 18:15pm. This is working in our Pet Medicines dispensary at Leedale. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities:- Give a high standard of customer care, display high personal and work standards, train, help and guide colleagues as needed.
- Implement the Weldricks customer care policy to the highest possible standards.
- Respond openly and honestly to reviews and feedback to improve procedures.
- Follow company dispensing processes and your training.
- Read, understand and sign all SOPs.
- Handover and summarise everything the Pharmacist or colleagues who are working in branch the following day need to know.
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and returned within deadlines by all colleagues, to the correct department.
- Read the Weekly Memo to stay up to date with changes to company policies, procedures and contractual obligations, including amendments to BPM and DBPM.
- Be aware of legal classifications relating to Vet RX including prescribing under the cascade.
