Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of private and NHS services with excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy provision within the NHS.
  • Share expert knowledge, provide caring advice, and drive the delivery of services.
  • Build relationships with the local community and lead the team to ensure efficient processes and excellent patient care.
  • Drive the business forward with fresh ideas while aligning with company strategy.
  • Ensure customer service and patient safety remain paramount; observe regulatory and legal requirements and adhere to company policies.
  • Support branch teams and peers; contribute to training and development through the people strategy.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified and registered with the GPhC.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of NHS pharmacy provision.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to build relationships and lead a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

This branch is at the heart of the community with high footfall of OTC patients; there is a close-knit team in place and potential for the development of additional services.
