Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of private and NHS services with excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy provision within the NHS.
- Share expert knowledge, provide caring advice, and drive the delivery of services.
- Build relationships with the local community and lead the team to ensure efficient processes and excellent patient care.
- Drive the business forward with fresh ideas while aligning with company strategy.
- Ensure customer service and patient safety remain paramount; observe regulatory and legal requirements and adhere to company policies.
- Support branch teams and peers; contribute to training and development through the people strategy.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified and registered with the GPhC.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of NHS pharmacy provision.
