Duties
- Provide a high standard of customer care to maximise sales and increase items dispatched while maintaining good stock and admin control.
- Administer all aspects of the web‑site customer service with high quality care at all times.
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and deal with them in an appropriate manner.
- Keep customers up to date with the movement of their orders and enquiries.
- Deal with all customer complaints in line with the web‑shop’s complaints procedure.
