Weldricks Online Pharmacy is looking for customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Web Shop Picker/Packers at our Branch Service Centre in Doncaster.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing a high standard of customer care to maximise sales and increase items despatched while maintaining good stock and admin control according to company objectives and procedures in a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensuring administration of all aspects of the web site customer service with high quality care at all times.
  • Making sure all telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and dealt with in an appropriate manner.
  • Keeping customers up to date with the movement of their orders and enquiries.
  • Dealing with all customer complaints in line with the web shop's complaints procedure.

What do you need?

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to help out other departments if needed.
  • A good understanding of written English.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours on a fixed Term Contract, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm.
