Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services in a community pharmacy setting.
- Share expert knowledge and give caring advice; lead delivery of private and NHS services.
- Continual review of branch performance to ensure customer service and patient safety is paramount, while leading the company strategy.
- Drive the business forward by bringing fresh ideas to promote positive change.
- Build relationships with the local community and lead the team to ensure efficiencies and enhance processes to display excellent patient care.
- Ensure duties are carried out professionally, observing all regulatory and legal requirements, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in improving health and wellbeing of communities with the aim of being the first choice for healthcare across South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
What we’re looking for
- Fully qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of NHS pharmacy provision.
- Ability to lead services delivery and develop the team.
