We are seeking an exceptional and experienced MYP/DP Master Teacher of Mathematics from August 2026 to join our school and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in Teaching and Learning. The Master Teacher will not only deliver high-quality lessons but will also contribute to the broader development of the Mathematics curriculum, mentor teachers, and elevate standards across the department. The Master Teacher will be also part of a special scholarship programme dedicated exclusively to talents in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design Technology. A minimum of 7 years of recent and relevant experience in a world-class international school. A relevant Master's degree and teacher qualification (eg: Mathematics, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme) is an advantage. Applicants should demonstrate experience in reputable or top-tier international schools and drive high academic standards, demonstrate a track record of measurable student success across key stages. A proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction, and proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs. Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) will be will be highly regarded. Proven experience in preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, and Science(eg: World Robot Olympiad, International Mathematical Olympiad, International Physics Olympiad, International Junior Science Olympiad, etc...) Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s), preferably in an IB school (MYP and/or DP) will be highly appreciated. Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning will be highly regarded. Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2).
