Founded in 2019, we work with a diverse mix of clients – from independent local businesses to global consultancies and leading renewable energy developers. Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: to deliver thoughtful, creative communications that make a real impact.
Our Director, Helen, brings not only years of PR agency experience but also deep strategic knowledge of the renewables and green industries.

- Eco-Friendly: We reduce our environmental impact wherever possible; we only work with clients who share our passion for sustainability.

- Fun: We take our work seriously – but we also believe work should be enjoyable and rewarding.

H Creative Services is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds; a native level of written and spoken English is essential due to the level of copywriting required.
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Creative PR Account Executive to support our client work and work closely with Helen in a small, supportive team. You'll be delivering PR and creative communications campaigns across a variety of sectors including green, infrastructure and local businesses.
This is a part-time role (3 days/week), with the possibility of moving to 4 days or full-time. We will happily consider a long‐term freelance contract for the right candidate.
Salary: £27k+ dependent on experience
Start date: ASAP
You'll gain hands‐on experience across all areas of PR, communications and creative content, including:
- Leading and supporting client PR accounts; managing deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Writing and developing short‐form and long‐form content across a range of formats including press releases, blogs, social media content, newsletters, thought leadership/white papers and reports
- Designing engaging client‐facing materials including social media graphics, marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, infographics, basic web design (no coding experience required) and branded reports
- Balancing both creative design and copywriting requirements, bringing ideas to life through words and visuals
- Supporting media outreach, researching opportunities and building relationships with journalists and industry contacts
- Monitoring performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement
- Attending client meetings, contributing creative ideas and supporting campaign planning and development
- Supporting Helen with creative thinking, campaign ideation and client strategy development
- General client management and administrative support where required
What we're looking for
We are much more interested in someone's experience, personality, and willing to learn and adapt than paper certificates and box ticks. Ideally, you will have:
- Degree‐level education in English, History, Marketing, Communications, Design or another relevant subject with a strong writing and/or research focus OR equivalent work experience (both weighted equally)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
- Ideally, experience using Canva and confidence creating visually engaging content and branded materials (Adobe experience beneficial but not essential)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think practically
- Confidence managing own workload within fast‐moving projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn; Meta; YouTube) for posting and analytics
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail - we pride ourselves on the quality of our deliverables
- A proactive, collaborative and can‐do attitude
- Interest in sustainability, renewable energy, infrastructure and storytelling through communications
- And finally (but certainly not least), an animal lover - especially for Helen's beloved greyhound, who takes his role as office wellbeing companion very seriously and appreciates a calm presence and the occasional fuss
How we support you
- Competitive and transparent salary
- Training opportunities, career progression, and annual pay reviews
- 20 days holiday + all bank holidays and your birthday off
- An Employee Assistance Programme including unlimited virtual GP appointments, mental health support, fitness sessions, discounted gym memberships and more
- Opportunities to attend key industry events
- Hybrid working available, with at least one day per week in our Stamford co‐working space (with free tea/coffee/fruit and a vibrant atmosphere)
- A fun, collaborative team where your voice matters
- Free yoga classes
- Mentorship and full training from Helen, with opportunities to develop new skills and confidence
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both words and visuals and wants to build a career that combines PR, strategic communications and creative content creation. We are a fast‐moving, agile agency and need someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and can calmly adapt to changing client needs. We're looking for someone who can switch naturally between writing a press release, designing a social graphic, contributing campaign ideas or supporting client relationships.
You'll work closely with Helen in a small, supportive agency where you'll gain hands‐on experience across every stage of communications and campaign delivery - and don't worry, on‐the‐job training will be provided where needed. If you're passionate about sustainability, climate change, and making a meaningful impact through communications, this is a unique chance to join a supportive, friendly, and values‐driven agency. You'll be part of a business that helps shape a more sustainable and positive future, where your contributions truly matter.
