They are seeking a charismatic Restaurant Manager who can become the face of the operation, creating an engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional levels of service.

Restaurant Manager requirements:
- A charismatic and engaging Restaurant Manager who can naturally become the face of the operation.
- Previous management experience within premium Japanese, Chinese or high-end Asian restaurants would be highly advantageous.
- Experience within luxury or premium hospitality environments is particularly desirable.
- A hands-on manager with excellent guest engagement, leadership and organisational skills.
