An independent East London pub with a strong food focus is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the business. This is a hands-on, guest-focused role within a site that balances dining and drinks equally, making it ideal for a manager who can move confidently between the bar, the floor and the pass.

General Manager Requirements:
Proven management experience within a pub, bar or restaurant environmen
Strong understanding of restaurant-style service and dining room standards
Confident with wine, cocktails and bar operations
A practical, adaptable leader who can oversee both FOH and BOH operations
Ability to motivate, train and develop a team
Commercial awareness, including stock control, labour management and driving revenue
