Our client is an iconic neighbourhood British restaurant and live music venue, offering a unique guest dining experience on a daily basis. The venue features two separate bars, a private cigar lounge, and a spacious restaurant floor seating up to 200 guests. With consistent daily covers of 40 for lunch and over 100 for dinner, the operation is fast-paced yet well-supported by a strong senior management team. New team members are given time to settle in before working the floor.
