Position Title: Strategic Marketing Coordinator (Maternity cover)
Location: Tamworth, UK – Hybrid
Position Overview
The Strategic Marketing Coordinator will support multiple construction-related segments within H.B. Fuller’s Building Adhesive Solutions business unit. This contract role is responsible for executing and coordinating packaging artwork updates, product data management, and cross-functional communication, primarily within Europe/UK. The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with marketing, project management, and graphic design skills to ensure consistent, high-quality product information across digital and physical channels.
Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate packaging artwork creation, updates, and approval processes across private label and H.B. Fuller branded products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to manage product workflow.

Audit and update packaging artwork for compliance with brand and regulatory standards using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

Maintain accurate records of packaging versions and status updates.

Ensure consistency of product data across labels, websites, and collateral materials.

Work in SAP to track and update product information, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Drive execution of label transitions and manage timelines and milestones.

Track and report progress to internal stakeholders.

Support project planning and documentation of changes for both internal and external partners.

Liaise with creative resources and external vendors for packaging and print production.
Minimum Requirements

1–5 years of experience in a marketing or product management role, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, or construction.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience collaborating on cross-functional, technical projects.

High attention to detail for managing data and artwork consistency.

Strong communication and organization skills with an ability to handle multiple projects.
