Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for nursing managers in the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset Area. When working as a Nursing Team Manager, you will be part of our vibrant senior leadership team within our thriving business. You will be responsible for the line management of the Nursing team and the delivery of clinical quality and governance throughout the business. You will ensure that every single one of our clients gets the quality of service they deserve, working collaboratively with the Registered Manager and operations teams and with the wider senior management team and Directors, to ensure all regulatory and legislative requirements are met. Previous experience of working in a similar role, within complex care or domiciliary care is essential.

Roles and Requirements:

  • Reporting to the Operations Director.
  • To be a Registered Nurse, with an active NMC Pin.
  • To take on CQC Nominated Individual responsibility.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of Complex Care Services for the business.
  • Working in partnership with Operations Director for service objectives, and the development and implementation of business plans and service advancement.
  • Ensuring a culture is built and maintained of clinical quality, patient safety and clinical effectiveness, facilitating robust monitoring and audit activity, to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with external regulatory and legislative requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Promote effective governance, ensuring all clinical and non-clinical performance indicators, targets and objectives are met in line with local and national standards.
