We're looking for a Supply Planning Analyst (12 Month FTC) to play a critical role in ensuring our fabrics, trims, supplier commitments, and production plans are aligned to deliver products to our customers on time and in full. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll combine production coordination, material planning, data analysis, and supplier management to drive operational excellence across our global supply chain.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

As a Supply Planning Analyst (12 Month FTC) , you'll support the management of material supply, mill capacity, production commitments, and supplier performance, ensuring products move seamlessly from order placement through to bulk production and shipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor contracts are issued in line with business SLAs.
  • Owning and maintaining material and production critical paths, ensuring key milestones are tracked and delivery timelines are achieved.
  • Monitoring fabric, trim, and production status across suppliers and mills, proactively identifying and escalating risks.
  • Building strong supplier relationships and leading regular production and material progress reviews.
  • Tracking supplier and mill capacity, providing visibility of utilisation, constraints, and future requirements.
  • Managing greige commitments and material allocation plans to support production demand and sourcing requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate planning systems, reporting tools, and production trackers to ensure full visibility across the supply chain.
  • Providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders on material readiness, production status, and delivery performance.
  • Supporting supplier performance reviews through data collection, reporting, and analysis of key production and material metrics.
  • Partnering with freight forwarders and logistics teams to support smooth production handovers and on-time shipment.
  • Analysing large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Driving improvements in planning processes, reporting, and supply chain visibility to support business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience within Production, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing production or material-related activities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience reporting and measuring production or supply chain performance metrics.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of fabric and trim manufacturing processes.
  • Experience using ERP, PLM, or supply chain planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to vendor capacity planning and supplier performance management.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • CIPS qualification, or working towards one.
