Senior Analyst in Solihull

Join us in our Digital Marketing team to help drive commercial value via improved sales, efficiency or margin by contributing to business performance analysis for the International organisation. This is an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Analytics professional who has experience with tracking the key metrics that are impacting business performance across all our markets and providing insight into growth drivers, and recommendations to improve.

And here’s what we are looking for from you:

• Excellent SQL skills essential combined with a comprehensive understanding of database structures.
• A competent presenter of key business information to senior leadership, confident in engaging in business discussion and not just providing numbers.
• Have a clear and concise communication style with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner.
• Experience using mathematical/statistical methods.
• Extensive experience with the P&L and profitability drivers amongst business KPIs.
• In-depth understanding of statistical software e.g. R, Python, is a plus.
• Experience across dashboarding tools, preferably Tableau.
• Extensive understanding of the core KPIs for measuring success in an e-commerce, apparel business.
• Considerable experience working within an apparel based business.
• Considerable experience with both e-commerce and physical retail business models.
