As Regional Manager, Creator Marketing, you will own and lead your market, taking full accountability for the performance of your regional creator roster, the development of your team, and the successful execution of a regional strategy that delivers against both global campaign priorities and local market opportunities. You will be the trusted leader your senior stakeholders rely on for direction, insight, and decision-making, while operating with the autonomy and confidence that allows your Head of Department to trust you to run the region independently. In this role, you will bridge influencer marketing strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring plans translate into results and setting the standard of excellence that your team consistently delivers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Planning & Regional Ownership: Build and deliver the regional influencer plan, aligning territory strategy with global campaign priorities. Manage regional budgets, ensuring spend is planned, approved, and delivered effectively. Own influencer partnerships up to £50k annually and all micro-influencer deals, escalating larger investments where required. Anticipate key seasonal moments, ensuring clear direction, briefs, and timelines for the team. Monitor budget, performance, and delivery risks, proactively addressing issues before they impact execution.
- Regional Performance: Own regional influencer marketing performance against agreed OKRs, including roster growth, activation quality, compliance, and commercial impact. Maintain a strong, proactive talent pipeline and oversee influencer recruitment, retention, and development. Execute global campaigns within the region while ensuring local relevance and cultural alignment. Manage talent decisions, influencer roadmaps, partnership performance, and contractual compliance. Oversee regional payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice and PO management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and performance-manage Executives and Senior Executives within the region. Set clear objectives, provide regular coaching, and support career progression across the team. Delegate operational ownership appropriately, enabling Senior Executives to lead day-to-day execution. Conduct regular 1:1s, development conversations, and performance reviews. Partner on hiring decisions and build a strong succession pipeline within the team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria: Proven experience managing a team and delivering influencer or creator marketing performance within a defined market or region. Strong talent instincts; able to assess a creator portfolio, manage renewals, and make clear commercial decisions. Commercial confidence; comfortable building a budget plan, owning spend decisions, and tracking pacing throughout the season. Clear delegator; knows what to own and what to push down, and holds their team accountable to the standard they've set. Strong relationship builder; with talent, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Able to translate global direction into locally relevant execution without losing either. Proactive communicator; surfaces risks, flags blockers, and brings solutions before problems escalate. People developer; takes genuine ownership of the growth of their team, not just their output.
