Gymshark is seeking a Tech Systems Manager to lead the customer and commerce technology ecosystem, spanning ecommerce, POS, payments, martech, and customer support.

You will own the platforms, ensure integration, stability and measurable business value, and partner with cross‑functional teams to maximise system ROI.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Intercom, Braze, m Particle and Talon. One in a retail or DTC environment.
