Gymshark is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the customer and commerce technology ecosystem, including ecommerce, POS, payments, martech, and customer support. You will ensure platforms are scalable, integrated and delivering measurable business value. You will partner with CRM, Digital Product, Brand and Customer Experience teams to optimise trading performance and customer satisfaction, while guiding hardware strategy for retail stores and ensuring governance and risk management.
