We’re looking for two Insight Analysts to join our Insights Hub & Spoke model. One with a customer focus and one aligned to digital product. Both roles play a critical part in supporting the business with data‑driven insights that enable teams to shape strategy and optimise performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across brand, marketing, eCommerce, commercial, customer, digital, strategy and operations, providing the right insights at the right time to drive impactful decision‑making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Gather, analyse and deliver actionable insights to optimise business performance across multiple business spokes (e.g. brand, marketing, eCommerce, commercial, customer, digital product, strategy and operations).
  • Integrate insights from multiple data sources to create a comprehensive view of the business and inform strategic challenges and processes.
  • Enhance and maintain forecasting models for key KPIs to support performance tracking and planning.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analysis to support business partners, projects and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with analytics leads and the wider analytics community to embed insights into key business processes, including commercial planning, trading, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Design and deliver clear, accurate and actionable dashboards that meet the needs of your stakeholders, developing BI visualisations that democratise access to insight.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering and BI Engineering teams to ensure alignment, visibility and prioritisation of analytics requirements, identify, raise and manage risks to delivery in partnership with analytics managers.
  • Effectively prioritise workloads to ensure insights are delivered at the right time and quality.
  • Follow standardised analytics approaches and processes, contributing to continuous improvement within the Insights Hub.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to extract meaningful, actionable insights from complex data.
  • Experience working in apparel retail, ideally across both eCommerce and physical stores.
  • Confidence partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.
  • Experience building and maintaining forecasting models and performance frameworks.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining focused on high‑value analytical work.

You’ll have a strong ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective, data‑driven strategies, underpinned by expertise in statistical modelling, regression analysis and evidence‑based decision‑making. You’re highly capable in SQL, including window functions, CTEs and complex joins, with experience working in cloud data warehouse environments. Comfortable using Looker (or similar BI tools) and GA4, you can turn sophisticated analysis into clear, compelling insights that resonate with non‑technical audiences. You bring strong prioritisation and project management skills, focusing effort where it delivers the greatest business impact, and communicate with confidence—able to challenge thinking, influence outcomes and drive action through insight.
