We are hiring a Floor Lead for our Flagship store in Regent Street! As a Floor Lead at Gymshark, you’ll be an aspiring leader, driving store performance and ensuring that every customer experience reflects our brand’s values of empowerment, inclusivity, and community. You’ll lead by example, supporting your team in delivering exceptional service, product knowledge, and operational excellence. With a passion for fitness and fashion, you’ll help coach and mentor your team, ensuring they are equipped to provide a seamless shopping experience. This is a 12-month FTC.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing Gymshark’s culture and values, acting as a passionate advocate for the brand and inspiring your team to do the same.
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to the store’s strategic goals.
