Gymshark is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the customer and commerce technology ecosystem, spanning ecommerce, retail, martech, payments and customer support.
You will own end-to-end system management, drive strategic improvements and partner with CRM, Brand and Experience teams to maximise trading performance.
The role requires strong leadership, ITIL know-how, and hands-on experience with Shopify, POS, Talon. One, Braze, m Particle and Intercom.
