Join us in shaping Gymshark’s Micro Influencer Program in the Spanish market! You’ll be at the heart of discovering and building relationships with incredible creators who share our vision. Working alongside our International Athlete Marketing and Entertainment Marketing teams, you’ll help turn talent into true brand advocates. From scouting and onboarding regional creators to driving their involvement in product launches and campaigns, you’ll make big things happen. You’ll craft impactful marketing plans, manage collaborations that feel effortless, and use data-driven insights to keep partnerships thriving. What you’ll be doing:
- Drive growth of the International Creator Programme by sourcing, onboarding, and activating Spanish talent.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and on-brand communications to creators.
- Find innovative ways to expand, activate, and commercialise the Creator roster.
- Collaborate in brand meetings to shape campaign strategies.
- Manage budgets for the International Micro Influencer Program with Finance and leadership.
- Build clear progression roadmaps for creators within Gymshark’s influencer network.
- Execute International Creator Programme strategy alongside INT and NAM teams.
- Report performance and KPIs to stakeholders, highlighting top creators and content across platforms.
Accountable for:
- Identifying micro influencers that resonate with the target audience of Spain through research, demographics, and other data resources.
- Optimise and ensure efficient relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Hitting partnership targets and objectives in accordance with Brand and Commercial calendar.
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on creator performance across socials to ensure brand campaign goals are met and exceeded.
- Improving and scaling the programme to ensure the brand stays competitive in the space.
What you’ll need:
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media or influencer/entertainment marketing.
- Understanding of the Spanish fitness industry.
- Genuine passion for the fitness influencer space.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify rising stars and emerging talent that fit the Gymshark brand culture and narrative.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed regionalised marketing goals.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to attend our GSIQ offices in Solihull at least 3 days per week.
