We’re looking for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager to lead Gymshark’s outsourced warehouse and logistics operations across our Retail and Wholesale channels. This role focuses on 3PL performance, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, and building scalable solutions within a fast‑paced retail apparel environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead and manage warehouse and logistics 3PL partners across service, cost, productivity, and inventory performance.
- Drive operational improvements across fulfilment, throughput, accuracy, and cost control.
- Own continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation, WMS enhancements, and automation projects.
- Manage operational KPIs, reporting, and structured performance reviews.
- Support transport and carrier operations across the logistics network.
- Partner cross‑functionally to support peak trading, product launches, and operational readiness.
- Own operational budgets and identify cost‑efficiency opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years’ experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing warehouse 3PL providers, ideally within retail or apparel.
- Strong track record of driving warehouse and fulfilment performance improvements.
- Highly analytical, with hands‑on experience using KPIs, productivity metrics, and data to drive results.
- Experience managing operational budgets and cost performance.
- Background leading operational change, process improvement, WMS, or automation initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, scaling environments.
ONSITE COLLABORATION
Due to the hands‑on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem‑solve, and deliver world‑class products for our community.
