This is a hybrid role based in Solihull, UK, where you will lead backend delivery for scalable services using event-driven patterns and AWS serverless tech.

You’ll own API design (REST/Graph QL) and guide engineers through high-risk decisions while embedding CI/CD and Ia C practices.

You will mentor and coach engineers, drive quality and testing practices, and collaborate with cross-functional leads to ship business value in a fast-paced environment.
