As a Product Manager for Discovery & Differentiation, you will optimise onsite product discovery across both Web and App platforms, ensuring customers can effortlessly find, compare, and engage with products. You will lead AI-powered search optimisation, filtering enhancements, dynamic merchandising, and content storytelling, utilising app-first content strategies to vividly bring our brand story to life. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive rapid experimentation and continuously refine the digital shopping experience.

This role is perfect for a data-driven, commercially astute Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leverages AI and behavioural insights, and works collaboratively to deliver best-in-class product discovery experiences.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and deliver the Discovery & Differentiation roadmap, prioritising initiatives that boost engagement and conversion.
  • Optimise AI-driven search, filtering, merchandising, and personalisation to enhance product discovery and recommendations.
  • Utilise app-first content strategies to improve storytelling and brand engagement across platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse GA4 and behavioural data to continuously refine search and merchandising experiences.
  • Manage multiple product development streams, balancing speed with quality.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Merchandising, eCommerce, UX, and Marketing teams to enhance search and merchandising functionality.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, align stakeholders, and challenge the status quo.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of discovery improvements to ensure successful integration.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven eCommerce Product Management experience focusing on Search, Filters, Merchandising, or AI-powered personalisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced product tracks.
  • Expertise in optimising search algorithms, merchandising, and personalisation features.
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4, search data, and behavioural insights.
  • Hands-on with A/B testing, UX/UI experimentation, and AI-driven optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Proactive problem solver who challenges traditional search and merchandising approaches.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable working alongside eCommerce managers, engineers, UX designers, and data analysts.
Preferred:
  • Experience in Retail, Fashion, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Familiarity with personalisation tools, dynamic merchandising, and AI-driven search solutions.
  • Exposure to data science and experimentation frameworks.
  • Passionate about creating seamless digital shopping experiences through AI-driven discovery, outfit-building, and brand storytelling.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
