We’re looking for a Digital Product Insights Analyst to join our Insights Hub & Spoke model. This role plays a critical part in supporting the business with data-driven insights that enable teams to shape strategy and optimise performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across brand, marketing, eCommerce, digital, strategy and operations, providing the right insights at the right time to drive impactful decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Gather, analyse and deliver actionable insights to optimise business performance within various spokes as part of the Insights Hub & spoke team.
- Integrate insights from multiple data sources for a comprehensive business perspective on strategic challenges and processes.
- Enhance forecasting models for key KPIs to support business performance.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis as required to support business partners, projects and workstreams.
- Collaborate with analytics leads & wider team to embed insights into business strategies and key processes such as the commercial process, trade, budgeting and forecasting.
- Create clear, accurate and actionable dashboards, to meet the needs of your business partners, and develop the BI visualisations which democratise access to insights.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering and BI Engineering to facilitate cross-team visibility and prioritisation of analytics requirements.
- Identify, raise and manage risks to delivery with analytics managers.
- Prioritise workload, to meet the needs of your business partners, ensuring availability of insights at the right time, to the right level of quality.
- Follow the standardised analytics approaches and processes as relevant.
What you’ll need:
- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Ability to prioritise and focus analytical efforts on high-value areas to maximise business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
- Experience in apparel-based businesses across eCommerce and physical retail.
- Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Looker (or similar dashboarding tools) and GA4.
- Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, joins, and cloud data warehouses.
- Strong prioritisation and project management skills to focus on high-impact areas.
- Clear and concise communicator, making complex data easy to understand and actionable.
