Gymshark is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and execute our global sourcing strategy.
You will lead supplier relationships, drive cost and capacity initiatives, and partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
You'll ensure compliant, sustainable sourcing across regions, develop capacity plans, and mentor the Sourcing Executive, while onsite three days a week at our HQ to collaborate and deliver world‑class products.
